Abstract Text:

Planned outcomes for this track include a draft work plan for each region encompassing a regional issue summary, high level goals, an action statement, identified partners, players and stakeholders, and outcome and metric definitions. Select partners will convene during this final session, to identify next steps and dive into the outcomes and metrics relevant to show success in the action plans created during the Summit. Barriers to collecting performance data will be identified and prioritized in order to make high performance practices and outcomes more accessible and effective. Focus topics will include: • Equitable Development • New Technologies and Paradigms • Resilience • Health

Learning Objectives:

Finalize a work plan detailing successful ways the built environment can address regional community resilience and climate resilience.

Discuss the link between public health and the built environment and outline potential opportunities for intervention.

Apply the latest technologies and the opportunities and challenges they present in supporting affordable, inclusive communities.

Discuss barriers to collecting performance data and prioritized these in order to make high performance practices and outcomes more accessible and effective
