Abstract Text:

The newest update to the LEED rating systems, LEED v4.1, is a bigger, bolder and stronger rating system that includes an outcome-based approach to LEED certification. Attendees will leave equipped with information on how to successfully pursue LEED for existing buildings projects. We will share success stories in case studies of certification to inspire both experienced and novice users that you too can bring LEED to your portfolio of existing buildings. Through beta project case studies, learn how projects around the world are using LEED v4.1 and a data driven approach to performance management. Bring your successes and challenges for discussion during the workshop. The focus will be on understanding certification options and best practices for a high performing building.
