Margaret Schneemann is the Illinois-Indiana Sea Grant (IISG) water resource economist. She leads economic analyses for water supply planning, as well as creating and delivering technical assistance and outreach programs to build community capacity to better address water management issues. Schneemann also instructs economics in the University of Illinois Department of Urban Planning. She has over 20 years of experience in higher education, research, and outreach. Schneemann holds a Master‘s degree in resource economics and policy from the University of Maine.
