Barry Abramson has devoted his professional life to improving the energy efficiency, environmental impact and economic performance of buildings. As Principal of Servidyne, a consulting firm based in Atlanta, Georgia, he has provided energy and sustainability consulting services to commercial and institutional building owners throughout the United States for over 35 years. He has directed 75 LEED-EB: O&M certification and recertification projects from v2 through v4.1 with the Arc performance score. He is Vice-Chair of the USGBC LEED Energy and Atmosphere Technical Advisory Group and serves on the ASHRAE committee developing the Standard for Commercial Building Energy Audits. Barry graduated Phi Beta Kappa with a degree in Energy and Environmental Engineering from Stanford University. He is a Registered Professional Engineer in 15 states, a LEED AP O+M, an ASHRAE Building Energy Assessment Professional and LEED Faculty member.
